Q. I am unable to download the ebook, what do I do?

A. Firstly make sure that you turn off your pop up blocker, and make sure that you download a free copy of Adobe reader
from www.adobe.com . If your are still having problems email me for advice quoting  name and order number.

 

 

Q. Where is my book, its been weeks and I havent received it in the mail,yet?

 

A. It is an electronic document  you need to download it after purchase.

Just email me your name and order number and I can email it to you right away. 

 

 

 Q. I forgot to save the book / I deleted it by accident.

Q.  My computer can't handle adobe reader/ I am blind my document reading software dosn't read pdf's.
